  • Liberty Kids Fourth of July
  • Activity: Balance Exercises: 3 sets with a 30 second rest between exercises, 2 minute rest between sets

    • Begin with 5 minutes of warm-up stretches

    • The Skate, repeat 10 times, switch legs

    • PliĆ© Squat on Toes, hold for 3 sec, repeat 10 times

    • Bridge, hold for 30 seconds

    • Basic Plank, hold for 15-30 seconds

    • Tip Toe, hold for 5 seconds, repeat 10 times

    • Front Press Out, repeat 10 times, switch legs

    • Side Plank, repeat 10 times

    • Lunge with Trunk Rotation, repeat 10 times, switch legs
