  • Take 6 deep breaths.
  • Standing stretches.
  • Activity: Super Mario Workout: Perform each workout for 30 seconds with 30 second rest in between exercises and 2 minute rest between sets for 2 sets.
    • Mario = Bounds in place
    • Yoshi = Standing flutter kicks
    • Princess Peach = Squat-shuffle-kick
    • Luigi = Running in place
    • Daisy = Double lunges
    • Donkey Kong = Side shuffle-pound arms
  • Full body stretches
  • Closing (Positive Affirmation)
