  • Tuesday: Flexibility Exercises: Stretch It Out!
    • Activity: Flexibility Stretches: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 30 second rest in between for 3 sets, 2-minute rest/breathing techniques between sets.
    • Begin with 5 minutes of warm-up stretches
    • Neck stretches, 30 seconds
    • Seated Toe-Touch, 30 seconds
    • Hamstring Stretch, 30 seconds
    • Butterfly Stretch, 30 seconds
    • Bow Pose Stretch, 30 seconds
    • Side Leg Stretch, 30 seconds
    • Breathing techniques and relaxation until heart rates steady
