 nistration\, funding\, education\, and\nprogram coordination to arts-based
  organizations and artists in Darlington County. BCAC offices are housed i
 n Black Creek Arts Center\, located at 116 W College Ave in Hartsville\, S
 C. The Council offers a variety of arts classes and produces numerous arts
 -based events and festivals.\nThis organization is funded in part by the S
 outh Carolina Arts Commission which receives support from the National End
 owment for the Arts.
