 TOR:\nBhakti Larry Hough is a multi-disciplinary artist and president and 
 artist-in-residence at NewWorld Arts in Hartsville. His many arts endeavor
 s include teaching and performing West African djembe drumming. He has con
 ducted 40 African drumming arts residencies in 30 South Carolina public sc
 hools and in community arts centers and churches. He is a Certified Teachi
 ng Artist and a juried member of the South Carolina Arts Commission’s SC A
 rts Directory.
