 on Williams\nAshton Williams serves as the Outreach Coordinator for the Sm
 all & Minority Business Division at the South Carolina Commission for Comm
 unity Advancement and Engagement. In this role\, he works directly with sm
 all and minority-owned businesses across the state to provide education\, 
 technical assistance\, and access to resources that help them grow and com
 pete in the marketplace.With a background in economic development and cert
 ification support\, Ashton has a strong track record of connecting busines
 s owners with opportunities in state procurement\, funding\, and strategic
  partnerships. Prior to joining the Commission\, he worked with the South 
 Carolina Department of Transportation\, supporting Disadvantaged Business 
 Enterprises (DBEs) through certification and capacity-building initiatives
 . Ashton is passionate about economic empowerment and committed to helping
  entrepreneurs navigate state systems and unlock their full potential. His
