This National Hot Dog Day, the City of Hartsville will turn up the heat with free hot dogs and drinks, great vibes and good jams by DJ Melton, Hot Diggity Dog Costume Contest, the Hartsville Bubble Guy, and special appearance of the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile. Free food and drinks while supplies last.
