Mechanicsville Baptist Church BBQ Fundraiser will be held Friday, Oct. 24, at the church. Take-out plates $12 include BBQ, rice, red gravy, coleslaw, sweet potatoes, sweet pickles, and bread. Dinner buffet eat-in only from 4 to 7 p.m. $15 per person, $7 for ages 4-12, and free for those 3 and younger. Buffet includes BBQ, rice, red gravy, liver has, coleslaw, sweet potatoes, sweet pickles, bread, string beans, mac-n-cheese, chicken nuggets, and dessert. Silent auction all day. Live auction and MBC Cake Auction starts at 6 p.m. Proceeds support ministries and missions.
