Youth of the Year Recognition at the State Capitol
South Carolina Youth of the Year Justin K. McNair will be recognized at the State Capitol on Tuesday, May 9. He represents the Lake City Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Pee Dee. McNair will represent the state at the regional competition in June in Atlanta.
