Join us on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Dooley Planetarium for Perfect Little Planet.
Imagine the ultimate space vacation. Discover our solar system through a different set of eyes – a family from another star system seeking the perfect vacation spot. Fly over the surface of Pluto, our best known Dwarf Planet. Dive over the ice cliffs of Miranda.
Sail through the rings of Saturn. Feel the lightning storms at Jupiter. And walk on the surface of Mars. Which destination would you choose? This is the solar system journey for space travelers of all ages.
The program will begin promptly at 3 pm. Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to the presentation for visitors to arrive early and explore the planetarium. There is no admission fee for this event, but seating is first come first served. Not late seating will be available once the doors are closed. If the doors are opened, it floods the entire auditorium with light and ruins the experience for everyone seated in the auditorium.
