Hartsville Club phone temporarily down

The Hartsville Boys & Girls Club phone and Internet lines are down temporarily as work begins on the New Beacon of Hope Project this week. These will be reconnected soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

While construction goes on through the end of the calendar year, parents and youth will enter the Club through the gym.

The New Beacon of Hope Project will completely renovate the Hartsville Boys & Girls Club’s current 70-year-old facility providing youth with a Club that is safer, provides a positive visual and physical environment, is inviting and more functional as a club while maintaining its history of providing quality services with impactful results. This includes a new entrance, STEM Lab, Fitness Room, Teen Hub, Homework Zone, and landscaping for an improved Club experience.

This project allows us to expand our reach to 200 children per day.

Roughly 50% of the project has been contracted through Darlington County businesses.
